Quite a rare (I don't use that word lightly or freely) and unusual Seamaster to see in the wild these days.

This one had let water in due to lack of maintenance and was in a bit of a mess so essentially about 80% of the movement was replaced with new parts, it received a new dial and hands, date and day discs and all new service parts for the case including a complete bezel. The case itself was completely refinished. Now as close to new as you'll find.

A note on originality, this 166.0160 came to me with a badly damaged black dial, the only service dial available is a silver one, so thats what it has. All the original parts are included with the sale. As far as I'm aware, the movement serial is original to the watch.

FYI if you follow @steviemac1040 on Instagram (if you don't already, you should!) I serviced one the same for him. This is a very rare reference and even more so with the ladder type bracelet. There are currently NONE on Chrono24 or eBay with either the black or silver dial.
